My new favorite (and budget friendly) hobby: transforming vintage Levi jeans into high-waisted denim shorts. After two trips to the Goodwill, I have accumulated quite an impressive wardrobe of cutoff shorts. It feels great to recycle clothes and bring an 80's dimension into my summer wardrobe.

I love these, they are so cute! I want to make a pair just like these but I don't know what type of Levi jeans to use. What type did you use? :)
ReplyDeleteThe back tag was ripped off so I don't know the exact style but I definitely suggest searching the racks of your local Goodwill because they have TONS of retro Levi's hanging around. The key is to make sure they fit snuggly right at your waist. Good luck and have fun with your search Hannah!
